Youth Community Agency 3 tier Housing Project
Our organization has just been approved through our partnership with the Detroit land bank, community partnership to acquire homes to renovate and provide stable housing for teenage mothers, temporary housing and more. Our vision for this project has been implemented to unfold as a three tier project to assist a critical need in the community. Here is the full breakdown for our housing project:

- Temporary housing for emergency shelter/18 month term Independent living housing
- Low income housing for families
- Home-ownership without the worries of not getting approved for a mortgage
